
The NYU Climate Economics Journalism Fellowship is a fully funded program designed for journalists who want to deepen their understanding of the economic and financial impacts of climate change. The fellowship is organized by the Climate Finance Initiative at the NYU Stern School of Business in New York City.
The program brings journalists together to learn from leading researchers and experts about how climate change affects markets, policy, and the global economy.

Applicants from outside the United States are strongly encouraged to apply.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
• Must be a professional journalist, editor, or freelance reporter

• Must submit examples of previous journalistic work
• Must be able to attend the program in person in New York
Prior knowledge of economics is not required, making the program accessible to journalists from diverse backgrounds.
